New Orleans/Charity Head Trauma/Injury Rule

New Orleans CT Head Criteria Only Apply to GCS 15 Patients
Headache?
Vomiting?
Age > 60?
Alcohol or Drug Intoxication?
Persisent anterograde amnesia (short-term memory deficits)?
Visible Trauma above the Clavicle?
Seizure?
If none of the above are present:
The New Orleans Head CT Rule suggests a head CT is not necessary for this patient to rule out an intracranial traumatic finding (sensitivity 97-100%).
